AVI operates one of the largest Culinary Support Centers in the country where we prepare homemade entrées, fresh sandwiches, sides and our world famous from-scratch cookies. We control the ingredients, the preparation and the logistics, ensuring every selection sold from an AVI machine meets our rigid standards for quality, taste and presentation. At our Vending Equipment Technology Center and the AVI Institute of Vending Equipment Technology, we employ more than fifty team members who keep AVI at the forefront of innovation.
Our Institute, located at our headquarters campus, teaches our technicians the intricacies of our vending equipment and prepares them for even the most perplexing situation. We are the only company with our own school, our own certification process and many equipment manufacturers ask us to consult on new product designs because of our extensive knowledge. What’s most important is that we’re able to serve your organization with the most reliable, efficient equipment in the industry.

We partner with the world’s largest candy, snack and chocolate makers to provide appealing, well planned variety and quality. Our customer service attendants are able to adapt products to any of our customer preferences.

AVI operates one of the largest Culinary Support Centers in the country. Is it more than a cookie? Absolutely! Our homemade cookies start in the early morning with our bakers carefully preparing our cookie dough. The cookies are then freshly baked, packaged and sent to a vending machine near you. It’s all done with same authenticity you would find at your favorite bakery.
But that’s just the beginning! We prepare a large variety of special selections in our state-of-the-art Culinary Support Center. Quality ingredients from nationally-known suppliers, family recipes and our skilled team members all come together in the making of each selection.
